The AM4115T-DFRW handheld Dino-Lite microscope camera is designed to observe mNeptune protein. This model uses 1 White LED and 7 Orange LEDs with Excitation: 620nm, Emission: 650nm. The image quality obtained with this Dino-Lite is comparable or superior to some traditional fluorescence microscope, but much less to difficult obtain and maintain. It is equipped with a 1.3 megapixel sensor and utilizes a rotatable magnification dial with a range of 10x – 220x depending of working distance and a scroll lock feature for assuring desired set magnification/ focus distance. There is also a white light switchable by included software for aid in focus and location. The Dino-Lite AM4115T-DFRW provides an improved sensor that uses the YUY2 codec which uses less compression, resulting in a higher quality image and valuable price per performance tool for researchers or users interested in observing mNeptune protein specimens.
